Lauren Reilly

As ED, Lauren focuses on the strategy and management of SuitUp, establishing and growing its reach across the country. Lauren joined SuitUp after serving as a board member and Chief Learning Officer for Practice Makes Perfect, a nationally recognized summer learning organization. She is a Teach for America alum and NY certified teacher, having taught both middle school and high school in the Bronx and Harlem. Lauren has received the Gratitude Network Fellowship, the Student Success Network Fellowship, the Education Pioneers Award at the Global Now Gala, and was featured on Future of Women. In addition, Lauren was recognized by the Obama administration as a White House Champion for Change for her work in summer learning and was chosen as 1 of 17 women-led businesses to participate in Santa Clara’s GSBI Social Entrepreneur Accelerator program. Lauren graduated with a Master's degree in Education from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Vassar College. Lauren suits up for taking long walks with her husband and sons, fun restaurants, soccer, and the Premier League.

Erica Davis

Erica Davis serves as the Director of Operations for SuitUp. Prior to SuitUp, Erica has worked in many different nonprofit spaces, including The Los Angeles Job Corps, Green Dot Public Schools, Ruffalo Noel Levitz and most recently, The Financial Clinic. Erica is a College of Wooster and Pepperdine University alum, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Black Studies, and a Master of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship & Change. She has also served as an Americorps member with City Year, been an Education Pioneer Fellow and piloted her own youth empowerment program in South Africa. Coming from an environment that predicted a dismal future, Erica’s participation in opportunities similar to SuitUp’s model has allowed her to become an example of what SuitUp’s mission and vision looks like when fully realized. This is the driving force behind her passion and drive to come to work at Suit Up each day. Erica also suits up for life by learning about superheroes, creating mocktail drinks, writing fictional novels, enjoying the arts and traveling the world.

Sara Hill
Program Director

Sara serves as a Program Director for SuitUp (East and South regions). Prior to SuitUp, Sara led program operations, logistics, and data analysis for Teach for America’s school leader professional development program. In addition, Sara has worked in higher education, managing grant programs funded by the National Science Foundation to support increasing the number of historically underrepresented students in STEM career fields. She volunteers as a mentor with Take Stock in Children and serves as an Equity Partner for her local school district. Sara received a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida. She is currently in the last year of a doctoral program at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana where she is studying Educational Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a concentration in Diversity & Equity in Education. Sara suits up for fun cardio workouts, going on boat rides and trying new food trucks.

Yoni Sternberg
Youth Partnerships Manager

Yoni Sternberg serves as the Youth Partnerships Manager for SuitUp. Prior to SuitUp, Yoni provided individual services and coaching to youth from a strength-focused, solution-based perspective, helping youth in congregate care facilities and community foster settings to transition to independence and adulthood. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Clark University. Yoni spent several years working in public school classrooms and enjoyed working with youth in assisting their academic and personal growth. Yoni is a dedicated, highly motivated educator focused on working with and empowering individuals and organizations by supporting initiatives that promote growth and change, and by sharing knowledge and expertise through relationship building among partners and diverse stakeholders. Yoni suits up for playing (and watching) basketball, volunteering for his local community fridge, and spending time with his cat, William.

Kelsey English

Kelsey English is the Managing Director of Partnerships & Operations for SuitUp, an education non-profit that increases career readiness for all students through business plan competitions. Joining the team as employee number three, Kelsey focuses on building systems and processes for SuitUp and has secured over $400,000 in corporate partnerships with companies like Forbes, Peloton, Snap Inc., Salesforce, ViacomCBS, and more. She was also part of the founding team to develop and launch SuitUp’s virtual program offering, SuitUp@Home, which now serves students across eleven different states. Kelsey is a proud Teach for America alum, where she taught 2nd grade in an under-resourced charter school in Hartford, Connecticut. She currently is a TFA New Jersey Board Member, focusing specifically on ensuring all students have access to a quality education. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University and competed in both cross country and track before receiving a BA from Monmouth University, double majoring in Elementary Education and English, with an endorsement in Special Education.

Lucile Perrot
Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Lucile is the Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator for SuitUp and is dedicated to making the SuitUp mission come to life. She is a recent Boston College graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and African Diaspora Studies. In her professional endeavors, Lucile has worked at social impact-oriented non-profits and start-ups, eager to pursue a career rooted in equality and inclusion. Coming from an international background herself, she has often felt how difficult it is to have equal access to opportunity in the U.S. This has motivated her to ensure everyone is empowered to realize their dreams, and SuitUp is the perfect embodiment of this ambition. In her day-to-day life, Lucile suits up for mochi, discovering neighborhood parks, and thrifting old novels.

Madison Combs
Program Manager
Madison Combs serves as Program Manager for SuitUp. Prior to SuitUp, Madison graduated from Cleveland State University with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in social work; she continues to provide mental health services in her alternate role as a social worker. Madison started with SuitUp as a summer contractor and has since joined the team full time focusing on the planning, onboarding, and facilitation of SuitUp programming for both students and corporate volunteers. Madison believes that all individuals are resilient beings capable of achievement and strives to create positive environments and relationships with others in order to promote individual autonomy, growth, and success. To her, SuitUp is a great example of this. Madison suits up by enjoying the great outdoors, traveling, fishing, and scuba diving.
