Spark X Meta wanted to create a volunteer experience that they can invite their clients to.
Program Summary
SuitUp organized and facilitated a competition with Spark/Meta in March of 2022.
Spark/Meta participated in a single-day virtual competition with 9th-grade students from Kutztown Area Senior High School. The challenge was for students to create an inclusive social media campaign that targets Generation Z for one of the four brands: Instagram, Oreo, Taco Bell, and Wendy's, to increase sales and bring in new customers through various media outlets.
Overall, 11 students were served and 26 volunteers were engaged. Volunteer attendance was 97% and student attendance was 92%.
