Index Exchange wanted a company-wide volunteer day, looking to engage 200+ volunteers

Program Summary

Volunteers from Index Exchange and high school students participated in a challenge in which they designed a new marketing campaign for Index Exchange to help solve a social problem. Volunteers coached students on marketing, financing, and strategy before helping them pitch to live judges.

Achieved Objective

Index Exchange blew their initial goal of 200+ volunteers out of the water with a total of 312 volunteers engaged for an astounding student-to-volunteer ratio of 1.37
